Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to cleaning work carried out by Akkaya Window Cleaning Ltd unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information you give us and, where possible, on a look at the property. If the job turns out to be significantly different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and agree a revised price with you.

Access

Please make sure gates are unlocked, dogs are secured and cars are moved away from the windows on the day of your clean. Where we cannot reach part of the property we will clean what we can and adjust the price accordingly.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clean unless we have agreed invoice terms with you. We accept bank transfer, card payment and standing order. Late payment may result in the round being suspended.

Cancellation

There is no minimum contract. Please give us at least twenty-four hours notice if you need to skip or cancel a clean. We may reschedule a visit at short notice in high winds, heavy rain or freezing conditions, for safety reasons.

If something is not right

If you are not happy with any part of the clean, tell us within forty-eight hours and we will come back and put it right free of charge. We are fully insured and any accidental damage should be reported to us as soon as it is noticed.
